Clarity to Launch Mentorship Terms and Conditions

Effective January, 2025

By enrolling in this program and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

Clarity to Launch is a 1-month, intensive mentorship that blends astrology-based consulting, intuitive guidance, and personalized strategic support for entrepreneurs and creators. This includes:

• Four (4) weekly 60-minute 1-on-1 astrology-based consulting calls
• A custom astrological analysis of your birth chart and current transits
• Personal reflection prompts and alignment worksheets
• Foundational business strategy support
• A personalized launch roadmap
• Ongoing message-based support during weekdays (response within 48 hours, often sooner)

2. Payment Terms

• Program fee is $1,497 USD, paid in full and due before the start date.
• Payment secures your mentorship slot and is non-refundable, except in cases where Mike cancels the program before it begins.
• Any continuation of the mentorship beyond the initial month is optional and offered at a reduced monthly rate, subject to availability. Please check with Mike at least 5 days prior to the end of your 1-month Mentorship to express interest in continuing to maximize the chance that a spot will be available for you to continue.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

• Consulting calls are scheduled in advance and take place via Phone or Zoom.
• Clients are responsible for showing up on time to sessions.
• If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. One reschedule per month is allowed without penalty.
• Missed sessions without notice are not guaranteed to be rescheduled, though Mike will do his best to accommodate if possible.

4. Communication and Access

You are welcome to check in via email, text or voice message at any time during the program. Mike will respond within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend communication is optional and at Mike's discretion, though in general he will do his best to respond on Monday as soon as he can for weekend inquiries.

5. Client Responsibility

This program is designed for deep, personal and strategic work. Clients are expected to:

• Engage meaningfully with the material and assignments
• Attend all scheduled calls or communicate rescheduling in advance
• Take responsibility for their own inner work and external progress
• Respect boundaries around communication and time

6. Results Disclaimer

This program offers transformational tools, insights, and support. However, no specific business results, revenue, or launch outcomes are guaranteed, as success depends on each client's effort, timing, and readiness.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information and chart data shared during the mentorship will be kept confidential. Mike may reference broad insights or anonymous themes in future teachings, but never any personally identifying details without permission.

8. Termination

In rare cases where the working relationship becomes misaligned or unethical behavior is observed, Mike reserves the right to terminate the mentorship. If this occurs mid-month, a partial refund may be issued at his discretion based on time spent.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
