Luminaries and Planets
Luminaries and Planets
Structure from our solar system
The Sun, Moon and the seven extra-terrestrial planets in this section shape different aspects of how we think, feel, and experience life. The daily and yearly movement of these celestial bodies also dictate energy that affects us as we move through our lives. Astrologers read these energies in transit readings. This is another name for predictive Astrology.
In a personal chart the planets are in a fixed position throughout our lives depending on the date and time we were born. In a natal chart their positions never change like they do in transit readings. In a natal chart reading the Sun is the most important luminary in a birth chart followed by the Moon. This is not the case in a transit reading. Each of the other planets listed here has a role to play as we continue are wild journey through this adventure called "life."
Read on to learn what each of these planets do and how their energies affect us in vastly different ways.
