Pet and Children Policy

Per our retreat center: We love pets, but we are concerned about the safety of other guests and the natural wildlife in the area. Therefore, guests are not permitted to bring pets on the property with the exception of Service Animals as defined under Colorado law. If bringing a Service Animal, we need to be notified prior to arrival so that staffat the retreat center can be prepared. The retreat center adheres to the guidelines regarding Service Animals set forth by the ADA, which can be reviewed here.

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted on the retreat.

Smoking, Open Flames, Candles, Incense and Fire Pits

The retreat center is committed to a no-smoking policy throughout the facility and anywhere on the grounds. This includes tobacco products, cigars, pipes, marijuana (medical or otherwise), and electronic smoking devices. The rustic, wood buildings means absolutely no candles, incense, or other open flames indoors anywhere except the wood burning stoves provided by the retreat center. 

Safety

The retreat center is perched on a cliff. The grounds are uneven and rocky, and the facilities have many stairs. It also sits at an elevation of 8,500 feet above sea level. Participants in this retreat should drink plenty of fluids and bring a hat, sunglasses, sun screen, raingear, warm layers, and sturdy shoes. Because this retreat is in a high-altitude environment, it is recommended that you spend at least 24 hours acclimating to the altitude of Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs or other nearby place situated at 5,000 feet so you can acclimate. Participants should also be aware of the dangers presented by the retreat center's natural environment, including, but not limited to, wild animals, insects, plants, and terrain.

By attending this retreat you agree to hold Astrology Wolf and others helping to host this retreat as not liable for any injuries that may occur while you are attending.

Check-In and Conduct

Check-in for the retreat is at 3pm on Friday, August 15th, 2025 and check-out is 10am on Monday, August 18th, 2025.

Upon arrival, all guests are given a lovingly folded bed sheet package for making their own bed. At check-out all guests should bring the towels and sheets (no mattress pad, pillow cover, etc) to the front office at the retreat center. Common areas are cleaned daily, but daily in-room housekeeping service is not provided. The retreat center is happy to provide fresh linens upon request.

Within the first 24 hours of arrival, all participants will participate in the retreat center orientation. There you will learn about the retreat center's non-profit mission, important safety information, and for food groups, sign up for post-meal seva. The retreat center's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. All participants agree to observe these hours out of respect for one another.

The retreat center has limited parking available, so we recommend arranging for carpooling with other participants who are planning to attend. Astrology Wolf will provide attendees with options to carpool prior to the event, but it is not required.

Transportation

The price of the retreat covers all food and accomodations, but it does not cover expenses required to travel and from the retreat center. The exactly location of the retreat center will be provided to attendees prior to the event, along with instructions for arrival, flight recommendations, and more helpful information. We want to help make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible.

Cancellation

If you are remitting payment via a deposit for a payment plan, then the initial installment is non-refundable. For all other payment types, the refund schedule is below:

• Full refund: March 31st, 2025 and prior

• 50% refund: May 31st, 2025 and prior

• Nonrefundable: June 1st, 2025 and after
