You may know your Big Three. Maybe you've taken a class or two. But when you open a new birth chart, where do you actually start? In Astrology Lab, astrologer Mike of Astrology Wolf pulls back the curtain on how a working astrologer reads a chart from scratch, using real charts from people in the room.
Volunteers offer up their charts, and we read them together, step by step. You'll see what Mike looks at first, what he notices next, and how all the pieces come together into one living story. And the owner of the chart gets a say in how accurate the class reading was! It's a hands-on, discussion-based workshop: part class, part live reading, and the fastest way to build real confidence as a new Astrologer.
While offering your chart up to be interpreted during Astrology Lab is optional, it is strongly encouraged so that you can have different eyes on your own chart and gain new insight to yourself!
What You'll learn:
• A clear order for reading any chart, so you never stare at a wheel wondering where to begin
• Spotting the big patterns first: elements, chart shape, stelliums and the chart ruler
• Which aspects matter most and which you can skip
• How the houses turn planets into real-life stories
• Putting it all together: the gestalt that turns data into insight
Who it's for: Students who know the basics (signs, planets and houses) and want to start reading charts for themselves and others. Astrology 101 graduates are a perfect fit but complete beginners are welcome to attend!
Want your chart read in class? Bring your birth date, time and place. Volunteer spots are limited. Observers are always welcome.
